Ok the final r42 is up: http://kernels.franco-lnx.net/Nexus6/6.0/anyKernel/ just flash it on your recovery, it'll work on any rom. This build will be available to download & auto-flash from FKUpdater starting with the next update. If you're on r41 and on a custom rom make sure you dirty flash it first. Starting with r42 you'll just need to flash new FK zips and everything will work + SuperSu will stay on.
