Problem solved.
It was caused by wrong settings in LMT Pie... So the user was the problem [emoji6] -

I´ll clean flash next build to check out at which point this thing happens.

Even with stock keyboard and SwiftKey the NavBar stays blank.....

Just clean flashed new Velocity.....very nice. Hard to tell it apart from OMP.
Yes, coming from your OMP actually can´t find any difference in performance between both roms.

I faced this problem many builds before... But I'm sorry I don't even know how I solved it. I think I've clean flashed 3-4 times than it was gone.... And contacts synced
