This happend here too, I think 4 days ago with the build from Oct 8th.

Did some fotos...then tapped somewhere at my homescreen and N6 was totally dead. Only be able to boot it by longpress the power botton.

But on the newer builds this didn´t happen here.

One thing I've recognized :
Keyboard cursor control in settings / languages and input does not work on my side. I can hit my choice, but it doesn't work as it should, even on stock keyboard or SwiftKey
