I've clean flashed OMP again and now sms works.
Maybe restoring via backup makes this issue [emoji6] -

Problems? I didnt update to the new version cause I absolutely hate the changes made. Im still using an old version and it works perfectly.
Yes that's what it. New version isn't good,buggy and still the latest version isn't working anymore.
So I caught the older version from apk mirror [emoji6] [emoji106]By the way... OMP seems still a little bit faster than Velocity in my thoughts
