I understand that. But look at the changes in the commit. It's making changes to color options for the battery charging and other things. Velocity had none of this stuff. You would need to find a change for a ROM much closer to stock to be useful.

All those battery commits are already set up for color. Im using ones from AOSPA and theyre totally different. Those commits are just modifications of already existing stuff I dont have. And, no I never have and never will use substratum or any theme. If there is something out there thats generic and will work with all battery icon commits then cool, but I dont think AOSPA has any of these type of commits.

Those are total custom commits. Something like that wont work.

Get me the commit(s) and Ill happily add them.

Yea, reboot issue is almost assuredly because of using O-Preview kernel source. Testing that now. Will be a new build to address all this stuff soon.

Update: Has nothing to do with preview source. I have no idea what is causing this. Its existed in basically every build Ive ever made and never noticed. I'm not sure if/when this will be fixed.

Ok, finally uploading....clean flash HIGHLY recommended.

Ran into a bunch of issues with other devices but all is resolved now. Look for a release for all in the next day or so. Final testing in progress.

Shamu is back up and running better than ever. I'll hopefully have a release for you guys this week.

Typical MVK stuff.... KCAL, sound options, Fsync, fast charge, wakelock blocker, my normal defaults (Interactive/CFQ) and likely other things Im not thinking of. Its highly optimized like everything I do. Custom toolchain built as well.

Its just built from the newest OSS kernel source. 4.1.6 And there isnt separate kernel source for the 3 and 3T so Im not sure what would make it device specific. On the Rom side there are differences.

Does stock OP kernel source encompass both the 3 and 3T? If so, youre welcome to try it.

Well I would buy the oneplus 5 as it has the best specs for the best price, but thats just my preference. I currently own the oneplus 3, and I have to say that it is very good. I think you could do some really good magic with that device since some devs, over at xda, have ported EAS almost if not completely. And with PA bringing in new camera goodies it is getting really exciting to own thst device.

Do you have the 3 or the 3T? I actually made a kernel for a 3T owner, but not sure it would work on the 3.

Whats everyone looking at for their next device? I'm hoping to be able to port O to Shamu, but there are no guarantees. If I cant, I'll be forced to look for alternatives. Looks like a TON of good devices are releasing this summer so should be interesting.
