Guys, I read somewhere that you need to have Buffer size logging in developers options anything other than 0 for safetynet to pass. I dont have a N6 to try it but you can give it a go.

oneplus released kernel sources for betas too now. would be great if you could sync that

Just installed the kernel. It booted up fine. I will infrom you if there is any issues? Do youind telling me any special features of this kernel?

I dont think that this is the case. What rom version is it based on?
Edit: If you decide to make a test kernel for OP3 based on that 3t kernel I would be happy to try it

Well I would buy the oneplus 5 as it has the best specs for the best price, but thats just my preference. I currently own the oneplus 3, and I have to say that it is very good. I think you could do some really good magic with that device since some devs, over at xda, have ported EAS almost if not completely. And with PA bringing in new camera goodies it is getting really exciting to own thst device.

No. Either it doesnt boot after clean install or if it boots, after a while it randomly reboots and goes in a bootloop. But it seems as if i am the only one having this issue so i will have to wait for the next update to see if it fixes itself.

Yes I did. Its very strange. I tried both the 22nd and the 21st buil, both redownloaded, flashed factpry image 3 times.. im pretty confused. I tried uberstock nougat rom and so far no reboots. I gues that I am going to wait for the next release.

Guys which twrp version is recommended for this rom? Im on 3.0.2.0 and it either doesnt boot or keep bootlooping after I set it up. I did a complete clean install by wiping the whole device but still the same.

You have to manually unencrypt your device first, since the only thing all the custom kernels do are preventing the phone from automatically encrypting itself. So the rom doesnt basicaly unencrypt your phone if it is encrypted.

I cant try it.. I turned my N6 in for repair. They said it will be ready someday next week :eek:

For night mode just tap on the "On" instead of the switch

Does anyone else have low volume with audio playback? I have it on max volume and it throttles like I have very low battery.. I tries velocity M and there was not such an issue. Could this be another sign that I should send my phone back?

Yea, I will stay on velocity M until the official nougat sources are out and velocity N is out of alpha

I have to say that nougat has by far the most fluid experience ever! There are no stuttering animations anymore especially in contacts. But I will stay with velocity for the time until the official shamu sources are out.
