I tried also the latest version of open gapps some days ago but it doesnt solve it. When maybe today a new version of the rom will released, I try it again with the latest gapps.
try wiping data and cache of play services.

Nah i wont try it :P. Of you say it doenst do much i believe you. Btw, is there any possibility ctfromm could add a toogle in cellular networks to enable national data roaming? Since my carrier has me to enable data roaming and this anoying R shows all the time instead of the data speed I use.
Also dont blame me for not using velocitys kernel, I just dont like the popping it does while playing music.
