That would make sense now, but not in late night, right? Because when its like dinner time, let's say 20:00 pm (which is pitch black outside) it doesnt turn it on. I tested this at 23:00 and even 00:00. Go figure out why.
Anyway i can live with this, i can turn it on automatically. What it bugs me out now its the encryption that i truly want to turn it off, but fedpatcherv8 isnt working, so i need a few hints from ctfrommn or mik about that. I wouldnt mind to start from scratch as long as i get this thing disabled.
Sorry that i can't help you any further. I have no clue about encryption, never even looked at it. For me personally there is no reason to encrypt or decrypt the phone. I just leave it as it is. Good luck with finding the solution.

Main switch is disabled (as im not using it right now, it's morning here)
Auto activate based on time of the day is enabled
Black theme for android switch is enabled
Tint regulation is enabled
Brightness regulation is disabledI can enable it manually either using the trick or by the quick setting, but it doesnt turn on automatically. Thank you

Strange, i had it set the same way and no problem with it turning on automatic. Only difference was that it was switched on, but thats because you arent using it now. Could it be that it is too bright inside or outside in the evening and preventing it to turn on? Just a thought. -
Ok, i understand. Still night mode automode doesn't work, i can't figure out why.
Anyway i tried FEDpatcher v8 to unencrypt the device but it seems its not working. Anyone knows how or what i have to do to unencrypt it? Thanks

Clean flash is sweeping the factory reset slider and dirty is wiping nothing.

Just one quick question. Clean flash is wipe all except internal storage and dirty flash is wipe cache and dalvik? Just to be sure about it.
Love the new rom, works great. Can't wait what you can do with it when Android N is released for N6. -

8/29 is an old build at this point. Im not saving these early builds but no, no sound issues. I will say we need real binaries.

Does anyone have sound problems? I noticed that sometimes my alarm goes of but without sound. Also sometimes i receive a phone call but there is no ringtone.
Went back to my own custom marshmallow stock rom, expecting some important phone calls today that i cant afford to miss.Edit: I was on the aug 29 built

Yes, i wiped all except internal storage and installed the rom again with nano gapps after i had the problem with no lockscreen.
Forgot that it wasnt the rom that didnt work but that i had changed something that made it work like that, the rom was working as it should be.
Problem was the old guy who had the phone in his hand ----> me

Ok. First one sorted our.
Now take a look in smart lock. Is there any trusted device or place set
smart lock is greyed out. It says to use first set a screen lock
But after i reinstalled rom completely everything is ok with sreenlock, so the settings you get now are those after the new install of the rom -

Could the problem be that after installing nova launcher i removed the other launchers with titanium backup? Cause thats the only change i made after installing nova launcher. -
I didnt change anything in settings/security. I reinstalled the rom with nano gapps and now the lockscreen is there
Using nova launcher, no mods or themes except for orbis icons. Not sure what was causing problem first time but all works. -
I assume you have a lockscreen set in security? Youre not using any themes, mods, or apps related to lockscreen?
I did a complete wipe of the phone..except for internal storage and going to run the setup again.

I understood what you said, but Ive never seen anything like that nor has anyone else.
Did wipe cache/dalvik/system and installed rom again, but also no lockscreen.
Not sure what the problem is, but guess its something on my side as everyone else does have a lockscreen.
Will have a deeper look into it and see if i can find the lockscreens hiding place -
My screen is set to go to sleep after 30 seconds. Normally when i then use the power button i get onto the locscreen first and have to swipe up to get to my homescreen. Now when i push the powerbuttn when the phone is asleep i go straight away to my homepage.
Hope this makes it a bit clearer.

I am missing the lockscreen. Was it removed from by google?
