Update!!!

For Android 6.0 Marshmallow

-installer now does not touch /system partition at all. This means busybox is no longer automatically installed and the location of /etc/elementalx.conf is now /data/data/elementalx.conf. Also, init.d is no longer supported at all (you should have been using /system/su.d/ anyways)

-enforcing/permissive is now optional (yeah, I know, but it was causing me too much support trouble). Permissive.zip is no longer needed.

-no need to flash Chainfire's boot.img any more, the correct sepolicy for stock ROM is automatically installed and disabling the enforcing option will allow the kernel to run on permissive custom ROMs

-the tweak for key presses during suspend is now an option (used by Cataclysm), just in case it was causing instability

-went back to Google's toolchain and default build options

Stock ROM (rooted or unrooted):
-just flash EX, no need to flash Chainfire boot.img

Custom ROM:
-just flash EX, if it needs permissive, then make sure "Enforcing" is not checked in the installer options

NOTE: if you've previously flashed, and have wrong battery percentage, reflash the kernel that came with your ROM before flashing elementalx. The battery problems was caused by flashing Chainfire's boot.img, which gives you the incorrect ramdisk from an earlier release.
N6: b11-M
-reverted a few patches, which caused a non-working mic on calls for some
-compiled with latest ubertcExplanation of the different builds:
hC-b11-M: Selinux enforcing, marshmallow wi-fi driver
hC-b11-M-old_wi-fi: Selinux enforcing, lollipop wi-fi driver
hC-b11-M-permissive: Selinux permissive, marshmallow wi-fi driver
hC-b11-M-permissive-old_wi-fi: Selinux permissive, lollipop wi-fi driverSelinux mode:
I compiled two different selinux modes. Some custom roms out there don't use the patched sepolicy from chainfire, this means these roms need a permissive kernel for root. If you try to boot an enforcing kernel on this roms, you'll end in a boot loop. Don't ask me what you need, since I can't track all roms and I don't know which one of them boot with an enforcing selinux mode. If you'd like to make sure the enforcing kernel boots, you need to flash chainfires modified boot.img from here first and flash my kernel after it: boot.img
Wi-fi driver:
Its known some networks don't like the new marshmallow wi-fi driver. People reporting disconnects, not able to connect at all, or an instable connection in general. If you suffer from this, switch from the marshmallow driver to the lollipop one.
BUG-REPORT:
If you encounter an issue, please provide more information than just "phone reboots" or something like that. If your phone crashes, you can find crash logs in: /sys/fs/pstore - Just upload them and link me to them. Thank you!

Achtung!!! Beta Alarm!!! [emoji14]
@Hen Ry
Ändere deinen DL Link im OP doch bitte zu diesen: ungültiger LinkHello everyone,
it seems Google forgot to release the relative branch for latest Shamu Factory image (MRA58R), which should be android-6.0.0_r3.
You can check it here ungültiger Link and here https://android.googlesource.com/platform/build/+refs, so for now i'm going to release a delta update to be applied on top of latest stable, instead of a big zip+sources update.I hope to update the sources as soon as Google releases the changes for Shamu.
Download is on OP, it must be flashed over latest stable release.

Nov 08, 2015: Flash on notifications.
Nov 08, 2015: Hide BT icon only when disconnected.
Nov 06, 2015: Cataclysm settings icon is now consistent with others for theming.
Nov 06, 2015: Correctly use reboot strings on reboot system and bootloader.
Nov 06, 2015: Allow inversion disabling for Ambient display and black themes.
Nov 06, 2015: Removed pulsing led references for shamu.
Nov 06, 2015: Good old background services activity when longpressing Stats tile.
Nov 06, 2015: Fixed center clock tint not inverting on some themes.
Nov 06, 2015: Fixed issue preventing center clock from being hidden by third party apps.
Nov 06, 2015: Speaker proximity: misc bt fixes.
Oct 29, 2015: Fixed issue preventing Smart Radio white list from opening.Quick torch needs a kernel modification, same as previous Volume skip tracks, which is already included in Cataclysm kernel and few more (i.e. EX).
If you find it unreliable, like screen turning on instead of triggering the torch, then your kernel lacks that patch, so gently ask your kernel dev to include this.
Flash on notifications basically turn on the torch briefly on notifications.
