Download the following (matching your device) and put them on your sdcard:

everyone: raring-preinstalled-phablet-armhf.zip: raring-preinstalled-phablet-armhf.zip (you have to search for a file named like this, as it gets updated sometimes)

- install a CWM recovery on your device (if not already installed)
- wipe data/factory reset (Make backup first)
- flash ubuntu-xxxxxx-[device].zip
- flash raring-preinstalled-phablet-armhf.zip
- reboot
there is no bootanimation displayed, hence the screen turns black after samsung logo, and turns back on after about 30 sec.
