[THEME](r4) Android L theme für Purity ROM [19/09]

- umschalten auf ART kann verursachen, dass die bootanimation verschwindet
- beim flashen einer Rom mit der bootanimation aus dem Thread kann es dazu kommen, dass die Animation vor dem Startvorgang beendet ist und einen schwarzen Bildschirm zeigt, dann Android L bootanimation (loop fade) verwenden

- removed alarm/clock app top dividers
- dialer incoming call ring changed to android L style
- dialer non-intrusive call themed to match my theme
- made stop, pause etc buttons for downloads more cleaner

Lollipop r3 - 29.09.2014
- new recents!! close to android L style
- clock/alarm app material white circle widget
- changed clock/alarm app "add" sign into android L style
- fixed some textfield lines
- complete dialer InCall overhaul, now its almost like on android L
- changed and tuned some dialer colors and pngs
- recolor dividers so they are not visible in settings app and similar
- maybe some other misc stuff

- changed dialer InCall bottom toggles background to grayish
- dialer incoming call handle changed from lock icon to phone

- reverted to stock android softkeys

- put back old settings icon there, too early to change to flat
- changed old wifi icons with new ones in wifi networks list
- android L placeholder softkeys are back
- transparent statusbar in settings
- overscroll effect changed a little bit
- QS headsup "off" icon changed to match others
- android L like toggles (blue - on, gray - off, orange - disabled or changing between on/off states
- cleaned progress bars a bit
- lockscreen camera icon changed to one from android L
- added transparency to cyan color in dialer InCall screen so full contact picture is visible
