Doubtful ... setup Wizard is a gapps thing.

just flashed velocity in my HH yesterday....19th version. everything running great but i do get display issue where the status bar and nav bar goes back to black bar like in kk days. using open gapps with google now launcher but same thing with nova launcher too.

Yep ... been like that for a while. No idea whats causing it and not going to spend time guessing either. Swiping to another homescreen or rotating it clears it up.

just a headsup....new opengapps fc setup wizard (i use stock package so i can only confirm for that).... and its not only for this rom....tested with clean flash....use opengapss dated 02/14/2016 for stockpackage...thats what works for me.

Found this ROM last week, and what should I say, it runs smooth, love it.
