Hm, i can´t get any connection between my Nexus and any ADB tool / Wug fresh Toll kit.
I tried everything but there is just no connection. As i have Multirom installed (Velocity is my primary ROM, Dirty Unicorn my secondary ROM) i tried with Dirty Unicorn and there is no problem connection the Phone with Wug fresh it any other ADB tool. Any idea why it´s just not working on velocity? Or anything else i can try?
I rebooted using the Wug Tool kit from Dirty Unicorn ROM and right after the reboot, when the bootmenu from Velocity shows up the connection between the toolkit and my phone got lost.
This is with the previous build btw. Didn´t had time to flash the one from today.

Just checked it out with my N6 running Velocity...No problems with NRT.
Might be a problem with multirom...I don´t know.... -
Same here all fine on Velocity.

Is anywhere a link to the changelog ?
-
There Is no changelog.
All changes are under the hood changes, like optimization to new toolchains and no one would understand that anyway. -
Does this rom support F2FS? I would like to try it out if it does.
-
No but its way faster without f2fs
Tested f2fs for months and all the hype is crazy. F2fs is a little gain for non optimized roms.
And just placebo for an optimized rom.
Try it, you won't regret it. -
F2fs is just a buzz word. I do not do gimmicks. Velocity also isn't to be run with any other kernel.
-
Nah i wont try it :P. Of you say it doenst do much i believe you. Btw, is there any possibility ctfromm could add a toogle in cellular networks to enable national data roaming? Since my carrier has me to enable data roaming and this anoying R shows all the time instead of the data speed I use.
Also dont blame me for not using velocitys kernel, I just dont like the popping it does while playing music. -
Then use a different ROM ... The kernel is a big part of what makes this velocity. And I listen to music all the time on it and there are no issues either via speakers or headphones so not sure if youre using some mod or not but its not in my Rom kernel.

You're right... What makes this ROM perfect is its(your) kernel... Let me say that starting from now I'm going to buy another phone only when you're going too
PS I'd like to know: 1) is your project open or closed source?? 2) do you accept donations??
Thanks again for sharing your work with usInviato dal mio Nexus 6 utilizzando Tapatalk

My source (like the Roma) is private. As far as donations go, its not something I worry about either way. Really it comes down to Whether users want me to have a specific Nexus. Im completely content on Shamu right now. If enough people really care to get me into a 6P I wouldnt argue but I really have no personal interest in one. I dont really see that its noticeably better than Shamu save for a camera I dont use and a fingerprint scanner I wont use. When October rolls around and its time for a new Nexii then Ill worry about donations towards one. For now save your money. Im not looking for profit from building a Rome but new devices Periodically are nice.
