I'm going to flash right now installing connectivity services... And if it fails I'll try installing op gapps full... I think that in micro and mini gapps are missing some fondamental apks...

Edit: Nothing to do... incoming SMSs don't work...

Ok, Ill dig around in the master branch commits and see if reverting anything related to SMS/MMS helps. Its hard though since I cant reproduce this.

Ok i clean flashed the latest update and my sms doesnt work too. I use banks gapps, r36 radio, tried with google messenger and built in.

Bummer ok....that was all Android permissions related to SMS set to true. The fact that this only affects certain carriers/regions is very very odd. Fortunately Velocity is basically as fast now.

...so I´ll stay on Velocity.

It´s for sure the best I´ve ever run and without your work on google master it wont be.
