Das stimmt, aber die Nato hat geschaut ob es ihre Grenzen ausweiten kann und Russland hat geantwortet, aber wie das bei uns nun mal so ist, bekommt Russland das Feindbild aufgesetzt und alle tun so, als ob Russland grundlos sein Gebiet nach Westen erweitern will

Naja aus gegeben Anlass eben. Was heißt unterschätzen, man war ja gezwungen eine Koexistenz zu dulden, da es sonst zu einem nuklearkrieg gekommen wäre. Außerdem wurde Russland auch zugesichert, das sich die Nato nicht weiter nach Osten ausbreiten wird, was ja nun bevor steht.

Man sollte aber auch bedenken, daß es lediglich eine Reaktion Russlands war. Die Aktion kam ja von der EU

Obama hat nun Sanktionen gegen Russland vor, der falsche Weg? Oder hat er gar keine andere Wahl, da die Amerikaner das von ihrem Land erwarten, Stärke zeigen, anstatt Kompromisse zu suchen.

Ok, dabei ist doch die Frage, wie geht man so einen Konflikt an, direkte militärische Konfrotation, politische Sanktionen oder vielleicht doch klärende Gespräche?

Das stimmt, aber generell den schwarzen Peter Russland zu zu schieben, finde ich etwas kurzsichtig

Aber erst nach dem der Westen nach Osten gedrungen ist, ich finde man darf das ganze nicht so einseitig sehen. Natürlich sind die Maßnahmen die Putin hier ergreift zweifelhaft, aber diese Maßnahmen hat er ergriffen, als der Westen Ukraine in aufnehmen wollte.
